Please complete the Request for School Staff to Administer Medication form if your child needs to have medication during the school day.  School staff are only able to administer medication with a dispensary label attached, detailing the name of the pupil and the dosage. From time to time pupils may require medication for minor ailments and in such circumstances the medication should be obtained from the pharmacy via the Pharmacy First service.
