Parent Council

Welcome to Premnay Parent and Community Partnership (our Parent Council).

Premnay School has an active Parent Council which meets termly throughout the year. The Parent Council works with the Head Teacher to support school improvement and parental and community engagement. All parents are members of the Parent Forum and are welcome to join us at our meetings.

Meetings provide a forum for parents to discuss and be involved in issues relating to pupils’ education for the benefit of all pupils.

Over the years we have achieved a lot to help fundraise for the benefit of the pupils. We try to have vary our fundraising events so that we have events where families can come together in a sociable and supportive way.

Fundraising Events have raised money for the school and pupils have benefited from-

·         New iPads

·         Additional books for the school library

·         Play equipment

·         Purchase of Accelerated Reading/online learning resources

·         Outdoor play equipment

·         School trips and visits/bus funding
